These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of software products (the “Products”) offered by Vose Software BVBA (registered office: Antwerpsesteenweg 489, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg, Belgium; BE 0895.601.691). By accessing, browsing, downloading, activating, or using any Vose Software product, you agree to these Terms, our End-User License Agreement (EULA), and our Privacy Statement. Continued use after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ModelRisk and Tamara: A 15-day free trial of the complete version is available for downloading on Vose Software website.
All personal data provided during registration is processed in compliance with the GDPR and our Privacy Statement.
The trial period begins immediately upon activation and lasts for 15 consecutive days.
To activate the trial, users must register and provide accurate personal data. Trial abuse (e.g., multiple registrations to extend access) is prohibited.
After the trial ends, the software switches to a limited basic version. Continued use of the complete version requires a paid subscription.
Pelican: No free trial is available.
Licenses are subscription-based, not auto-renewed and governed by the terms of our EULA.
Valid license and pricing details are available at Vose Software website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
After payment, a license key will be delivered electronically to activate the complete version. All sales are final once the license key is delivered, except where required by law.
Trials and purchases are delivered via downloads from our website. Physical media are not available.
Activation codes and license keys are provided electronically after registration or payment.
Vose Software BVBA retains all intellectual property rights to the products. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license as outlined in the EULA.
Personal data collected during registration or purchases is processed in compliance with the GDPR and our Privacy Statement.
The information, products and services on this website may include inaccuracies. All information, products and services are provided "as is" without a warranty of any kind. Vose Software shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or with the delay or inability to use this website, or for any information, products, and services obtained through this website. These Terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Ghent, Belgium, have exclusive jurisdiction.
Vose Software may terminate or suspend your license for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products.
Vose Software reserves the right to update these Terms. Revised Terms take effect upon posting to our website. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice.
By activating a trial or license, you agree to immediate performance of the digital service and waive your 14-day EU right of withdrawal.
Refunds are only issued where required by applicable law. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details.
Vose Software is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
These Terms, the EULA, Legal Notice, Return and Refund Policy and the Privacy Statement constitute the entire agreement between you and Vose Software.
