Providing advice to clients who wish to develop or improve a risk management approach to their activities. Activities include:
- helping a client develop a risk policy;
- establishing a protocol for identifying, analyzing, evaluating and managing risks and associated documentation;
- advising on risk analysis arguments;
- overseeing the establishment of a risk assessment process;
- training of management and key staff in the benefits of risk analysis and in carrying out their individual roles in the risk assessment process.
