Timour Koupeev is partner in charge of software development and head of the Vose Software's Russian branch. The team of Vose Software Russia develops and maintains risk analysis training software ModelAssist, and our advanced risk analysis modelling software ModelRisk, as well as developing client-specific risk analysis applications.

Timour joined Vose in 2000 and has conducted risk analyses in a variety of fields: animal health and food safety, electricity generation and distribution, forecasting, shipping logistics and acquisitions, contract risk, project management, human resource management, real options, finance, insurance and banking operational risk.

Timour has given a wide variety of risk analysis training courses. Topics include: modelling of risk issues using Monte Carlo simulation, Bayesian Inference using Gibbs Sampling, factor analysis, risk management and communication. He is also an adjunct professor in the finance and economic department of North-Ossetian State University.
