Plotting the values for an input and output variables that were generated in the sample model sample will give perhaps the best understanding of the effect of the input on the output value.

Scatter plots can be produced in ModelRisk by selecting any two variables in the Simulation Results window and clicking:
ModelRisk offers a number of controls for scatter plots:
Changes
whether actual values or cumulative percentiles are plotted for the variables.
Usually correlation is better appreciated in a percentile plot
(the default)
Controls the number of points to be plotted
Switches the horizontal and vertical axes
Switches sliders on
and off. Sliders split up the graph area to allow analysis of regions
of the plot, as shown below
