VoseMin(Distribution Object)

Returns the minimum of a distribution object.

For example, VoseMin(VoseNormalObject(10,1)) will return “-Infinity” because the minimum of a normal distribution is not defined and VoseMin(VoseBetaObject(3,4)) will return 0.
